وصف البرنامج:

يهدف هذا البرنامج الشامل لدعم الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية بوحدات البحث والابتكار في فروع الجامعة في محافظتي الكامل وخليص وذلك لتشجيع كثافة النشر العلمي المميز لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بهذه الفروع في الدوريات العلمية ISI  وذلك لرفع معدلات النشر العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس باسم الجامعة، مما يؤدي إلى رفع تصنيف الجامعة على المستوى الدولي.

المخرجات المتوقعة من البرنامج:

• > يتوقع نشر عدد من الأبحاث في مجلات عالمية مصنفة في ISI ذات تأثير عالي.
• > ارتفاع معدل النشر العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس.
• > ارتفاع معدل الاستشهاد لأعضاء هيئة التدريس.
• > رفع تصنيف الجامعة على المستوى الدولي.

معايير وضوابط خاصة بالبرنامج:

1. التقدم لهذا البرنامج مقصور على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بفروع الجامعة في محافظتي الكامل وخليص.
2. لا يحق لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بفروع الجامعة التقدم لبرنامج الأبحاث المتميزة الرئيس ويقتصر التقدم لهم على برنامج الأبحاث المتميزة لوحدات البحث والابتكار في فروع الجامعة إلى جانب إمكانية التقدم للبرامج الأخرى مع الالتزام بضوابط التقدم في هذا الشأن.
3. يجب أن تدون نتائج الأبحاث على هيئة Research Article وتنشر في مجلات مصنفة في ISI ويشترط أن يتقدم الباحث الرئيس للمشروع بورقة علمية واحدة بنهاية المشروع.
4. إجمالي ميزانية المشروع تدفع للباحث على دفعتين وفق الآتي:

• • > الدفعة الأولى: تدفع للباحث بعد توقيع العقد للصرف على متطلبات البحث وتكون قيمتها14,000 ريال سعودي.
  • > الدفعة الثانية: يتم استكمال تسليمها للطرف الثاني حال استحقاقها حسب تصنيف مجلة البحث وفق الجدول المرفق، وذلك بعد تقديم الورقة العلمية المنشورة في إحدى المجلات المصنفة ضمن قاعدة بيانات ISI لنفس عام النشر مع إرفاق صفحة المستخلص كما ظهرت على صفحة   Web of Science 

5. تشمل الميزانية مكافآت الباحثين وأي تكاليف أخرى مطلوبة لإنجاز البحث بما لا يخالف الضوابط المعمول بها.

Distinguished research program for research and innovation units at the university’s branches in Al-Kamel and Khulais governorates

Program Description:

This comprehensive program aims to support scientific research and studies in the research and innovation units at the university’s branches in Al-Kamel and Khulais governorates, in order to encourage the intensity of distinguished scientific publishing by faculty members in these branches in ISI scientific journals, in order to raise the rates of scientific publishing by faculty members in the name of the university, which leads to raising the university’s ranking. At the international level.

The expected outputs of the program:

•  A number of research papers published in ISI-indexed international journals with high impact.

•  High rate of scientific publishing for faculty members.

•  High citation rate for faculty members.

•  Raise the university's ranking at the international level.

Program Standards and Regulations:

1.    Application for this program is limited to faculty members at the university’s branches in Al Kamil and Khulais governorates.

2.    Faculty members at the university’s branches are not entitled to apply for the main distinguished research program. Application for them is limited to the distinguished research program for the research and innovation units at the university’s branches, in addition to the possibility of applying for other programs while adhering to the progress controls in this regard.

3.    Research results must be submitted in the form of a Research Article and published in an ISI-indexed journal. The principal investigator of the project is required to submit one academic paper by the end of the project.

4.    The total project budget is paid to the researcher in two installments according to the following:

·      The first payment: paid to the researcher after signing the contract to spend on research requirements, and its value is 14,000 Saudi riyals.

·      The second payment: delivered to the researcher only if the research article meets the qualification criteria mentioned in the attached table based on the indexing of the research journal. It must be published in one of the ISI-indexed journals for the same year of publication. Additionally, the abstract page must be attached as it appears on the Web of Science page.

In addition to the first payment, a second payment is made according to the following table:

5.    The budget includes researchers’ remuneration and any other costs required to complete the research in a manner that does not violate the established regulations.
