وصف البرنامج:
يستهدف البرنامج دعم الشراكات مع الجامعات والمؤسسات الصينية المتميزة وذلك عن طريق اشتراط وجود أحد الشركاء في التقديم على مشاريع هذا البرنامج.
معايير وضوابط خاصة بالبرنامج:
-
أجمالي ميزانية المشروع الواحد لا تزيد عن 200,000 ريال سعودي.
-
يشترط وجود شريك في المشروع للتقديم على البرنامج مع ضرورة أن يكون الشريك أحد المؤسسات الصينية المتميزة سواء شركة صناعية أو جامعة صينية.
-
في حالة كون الشريك شركة صناعية فيجب أن تكون هذه الشركة من الشركات الكبيرة ذات السمعة العالمية.
-
أما في حالة كون الشريك أحد الجامعات الصينية المتميزة فيجب أن تكون ضمن تصنيف أفضل 50 جامعة على مستوى الصين حسب تصنيف QS أو TIMES وسيكون تصنيف الجامعة الصينية أحد معايير المفاضلة.
-
لابد من ارفاق خطاب رسمي بالموافقة مقدمة من قبل جميع المتعاونين في المشروع من خارج الجامعة حسب المواصفات المطلوبة في نموذج التقديم.

لا بد من وضع اسم العالم الصيني المشارك بمرجعيته كباحث مشارك على جميع مخرجات المشروع باستثناء براءة الاختراع الذي لا يتطلب لها ذلك.

الالتزام بتقديم خطة عمل وتقرير تقني متكامل حسب النماذج المطلوبة.

يلتزم المتقدم بنهاية مدة المشروع بتقديم أحد المخرجات التالية:
-
> منتج اولي + بحث منشور من نوع Research Article متعلق بتطوير المنتج الاولي في مجلة مصنفة Q1 أو Q2 حسب متوسط JIF وفق قاعدة بيانات Web of Science.
-
> أو براءة اختراع + بحث منشور من نوع Research Article متعلق ببراءة الاختراع في مجلة مصنفة Q1 أو Q2 حسب متوسط JIF وفق قاعدة بيانات Web of Science.
-
> أو ثلاثة أبحاث منشورة من نوع Research Article متعلقة بموضوع المشروع في مجلات مصنفة Q1 أو Q2 حسب متوسط JIF وفق قاعدة بيانات Web of Science.
与中国杰出机构的可持续合作伙伴关系
程序说明：
该项目旨在支持与中国著名大学的合作，并需要来自中国机构的合作伙伴在场申请该项目的研究项目。
计划标准和规定：
1. 项目期限为一年，自合同签订之日起计算，如有正当理由可以延期。
2、一个项目总预算不超过20万沙特里亚尔。
3. 该项目需要来自中国知名机构的合作伙伴，无论是工业公司还是中国大学。
4. 如果合作伙伴是一家工业公司，该公司必须是具有国际声誉的大公司之一。
5. 如果合作伙伴是中国知名大学，则必须是QS或TIMES排名中中国排名前50的大学，并且中国大学的排名将作为评估标准之一。
6. 须附上合作方提交的正式批准函，注明项目名称和首席研究员。
7. 所有项目成果中必须注明参与国际学者的姓名及其作为共同研究人员的参考信息，但专利除 但专利除外。
8. 承诺按照要求的表格提交工作计划和综合技术报告。
9. 在项目期结束时，申请人必须提交以下成果之一：

Sustainable Partnerships with Distinguished Chinese Institutions Program
Program Description:
This program aims to support partnerships with distinguished Chinese universities and requires the presence of a partner from a Chinese institution to apply for the research project in this program.
Program Standards and Regulations:
1. The total budget for one project should not exceed 200,000 Saudi riyals.
2. The program requires a partner from a distinguished Chinese institution, whether an industrial company or a Chinese university.
3. If the partner is an industrial company, this company must be one of the large companies with an international reputation.
4. If the partner is a distinguished Chinese university, it must be among the top 50 universities in China according to the QS or TIMES classification, and the Chinese university’s ranking will be one of the criteria used for evaluation.
5. An official letter of approval must be attached, submitted by all collaborators in the project from outside the university, according to the specifications required in the application form.
6. The name of the participating international scholar with their reference as a co-researcher must be placed on all project outputs, except for the patent, for which this is not required.
7. Commitment to submit a work plan and an integrated technical report according to the required forms.
8. At the end of the project period, the applicant is required to submit one of the following outputs:
· Prototype + published research article related to the development of the prototype in a Q1 or Q2 ranked journal according to the average JIF in the Web of Science database.
· Or Patent + published research article related to the patent in a Q1 or Q2 ranked journal according to the average JIF in the Web of Science database.
· Or three research articles related to the project’s topic published in Q1 or Q2 ranked journals according to the average JIF in the Web of Science database.
